I wish I could give zero stars. Scheduled a 10:00am appointment to have four tires installed. Dropped the truck off at 9:50am. At 4:00pm only 3 of the original tires had been removed from my vehicle with 1 original tire still on the truck. Zero new tires installed. Went to pick it up at 4:00pm thinking 6 hours was a sufficient amount of time for this service. I was told it would be at least another 2 hours. 30 minutes in the waiting area and not a single person had done anything further to my truck. Please take your vehicle anywhere else. Again ZERO STARS!

I dropped off a company vehicle for a scheduled oil change. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and I waited approximately 15 minutes before someone came to assist me. When the employee finally arrived, I greeted him politely, but instead of returning the greeting, he responded with, "What do you want?" I explained that I was there for a scheduled oil change. He asked for the name on the appointment, and I told him it was a company vehicle and that I had only been provided with the job order number. He then told me that wouldn't work next time and that I should have the name of the person who made the appointment. Throughout the interaction, the employee came across as irritated, impatient, and unprofessional. Regardless of whether he was having a bad day, customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. The entire experience left a very negative impression, and I believe the level of customer service I received was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure other customers are treated more professionally in the future.

Purchased.tires, tire installation no issues. Was told that the wheel bearing and tire rod need replacement to ensure tire warranty. They were unable to do the repairs at the time of tire installation, no problem. Appointment made at 10am the following week. Brought the car in before 9am the day of appointment. Called around 3om, was told that they just started and needed more time, possibly over night. Then said I needed to make an appt. The man was VERY rude to me, probably because I was a woman. I asked why the car wasn't started at the appointment time and i was told that inspection repair takes priority. So why did I waste my time making an appointment that they didn't take seriously? Got my car back 7 hours later, still not fixed. I will not be going back there.

I paid to have my car repaired at Pep Boys, but within just 2 days after I picked it up my car it started having issues again. When I brought it back, instead of honoring their work, they charged me for additional diagnostic fee. They claim “it wasn’t related to the previous issues”, which is impossible in just 2 days my car is broken again? They want me to pay more money to fix the same problem. Which is BS. Very disappointing experience and poor service. Please DO NOT waste your money and time here. The worst shop in Syracuse.

It was New Year’s Day, I was on my way to catch a flight to see family. My tire exploded on the way. So many nice people i spoke with but a lot of their stores were closed and they were unable to help. I called and spoke to Sir Tim and he was very excellent and even told me if I use their towing it will be cheaper. They were the only people available to help and my last resort. Gary who towed my car was like an Angel out of a movie! He was absolutely awesome, kind and was a huge relief for me as I was about to miss my flight. Wonderful! When I got to Pep Boys our friend Sir Tim was wonderful to welcome as was the team with their smiles. They love helping people first and foremost and after they love doing their work. Sir Tim and his team, Peter and a younger friend all made it all quick and easy. I did not even care to look at how well the work was done because I firmly believed in them and their professionalism. Way to go to step up guys! Really appreciate you guys and your help. Couldn’t have made it home without you! You guys are the best thing in the 50 mile radius in the Syracuse area! Thank you for everything. Please keep doing what you do best! Appreciate the rescue! ❤️ God
